RESOLVED:

that the report be noted.
·        
that the Committee's concern with the level of non-decent
housing stock be noted, along with the acknowledgement that the
Council was taking steps to rectify this; and that officers be
requested to provide an update on this matter to the Committee in
January 2026, including more details on damp and mould.
