It was MOVED, SECONDED and RESOLVED to
 
Mayor and Cabinet are recommended to:
i) Approve the continuation of the contract for a period of one
year for the Council to remain on the Crown Commercial Services
(CCS) framework ensuring prices for supply are competed.
ii) Delegate authority to the Executive Director for Finance,
Digital and  Corporate Resources to engage
external consultants to conduct a review of the available
frameworks and electricity markets and report back.
