It was  MOVED, SECONDED and RESOLVED to
endorse and recommend the following to Council for approval:
 
• The Community Infrastructure Draft Charging Schedule for
public consultation.
• That delegated authority be given to the Executive
Director in consultation with the Director of Law & Corporate
Governance, to:
o Approve any minor changes to the text and format of the Draft
Charging Schedule and supporting documents prior to
consultation.
o Approve minor modifications to the Draft Charging Schedule and
supporting documents following public consultation.
o Where no material modifications are required following the
consultation on the Draft Charging Schedule, to approve the
submission of the Council’s proposed Charging Schedule and
associated evidence base for public examination.
o and recommend that Council do the same
