It was  moved, seconded, and RESOLVED:
(i)Note the review of the options for the
management of Brockley PFI properties post expiry of the PFI at
para 6. Approve, subject to resident consultation, as the
Council’s preferred option the return of the management of
the PFI properties to the Council.
(ii) Instruct officers to undertake a consultation with tenants
and leaseholders covered by the PFI contract in relation to the
proposal to bring housing management functions back into the
Council.
(iii) Instruct officers to consider tenant and leaseholder
responses and report back to Cabinet in order to allow
Cabinet to consider these responses and make a
decision on whether to adopt option 2 (whether modified
as a consequence of consultation or not) as Council
policy.
