It was MOVED, SECONDED and RESOLVED to o approve the delegation
to the Executive Director of Corporate Resources to:
 
i) Approve the continuation of the contract for a
period of one year for the Council to remain on the Crown
Commercial Services (CCS) framework ensuring prices for supply are
competitive.
ii) Delegate authority to the Executive Director for Finance,
Digital and Corporate Resources to engage external consultants to
conduct a review of the available frameworks and gas markets and
report back.
