It was MOVED, SECONDED and RESOLVED:
To approve the procurement of a contract for Asset Condition
Hand-back Surveys utilising the Crown Commercial Services Framework
Agreement (Lot 4)
To approve the award of the contract to the preferred provider,
the value of the contract to be no more than £1,000,000.
To delegate authority to the Executive Director of Housing, in
consultation with the Director of Law and Corporate Governance to
select the preferred provider in accordance with the award criteria
and to agree and enter into the final form of contract provided the
contract value does not exceed £1,000,000 including VAT.
