  • To approve the award of the managed service contract and delegate to the Executive Director of Housing (in consultation with Director of Law and Corporate Governance and the Head of Housing Repairs) the selection of the preferred contractor in accordance with the award criteria published in the tender documentation and agree the final form of contract.
