It was MOVED, SECONDED and RESOLVED:
- To agree the reprofile of the programme approved by Council in March 2025 as amended for closing.
- To agree the programme is updated to reflect subsequent additional Mayor and Cabinet approvals that have been made in the period since March 2025.
- To agree the use of £2.057m of Capital Reserves to fund the refurbishments and improvements to Hamilton Lodge.
- To note additional funding secured or changes and additions made under officer delegations.
- To noote that the Building for Lewisham programme, as amended by M&C on 9th July 2025 under separate M&C report, is not reflected in this report. However, will be subsequently added to the Capital Programme.
- To note that the cumulative impact of all the above recommendations is a net increase of £79.4m.
