It was MOVED, SECONDED and RESOLVED:
 

To agree the reprofile of the programme approved by Council in
March 2025 as amended for closing.
To agree the programme is updated to reflect subsequent
additional Mayor and Cabinet approvals that have been made in the
period since March 2025.
To agree the use of £2.057m of Capital Reserves to fund
the refurbishments and improvements to Hamilton Lodge.
To note additional funding secured or changes and additions
made under officer delegations.
To noote that the Building for Lewisham programme, as amended
by M&C on 9th July 2025 under separate M&C report, is not
reflected in this report. However, will be subsequently added to
the Capital Programme.
To note that the cumulative impact of all the above
recommendations is a net increase of £79.4m.
