It was MOVED, SECONDED and RESOLVED:
To approve the interim Business Plan for Besson Street LLP
To delegate authority to the Executive Director for Corporate
Resources and Executive Director for Place to implement the interim
Besson Street Business Plan.
To note and approve that, following Section 73 Planning
Approval, the Executive Director of Place will bring a further
report back to the Mayor and Cabinet meeting on 4 March 2026
seeking approval of the Besson Street LLP 2025/26 Annual Business
Plan.
