It was MOVED, SECONDED and
RESOLVED:

To approve the award of contract
to the preferred contractor to undertake these works following
completion of the procurement process outlined, provided the
contract value does not exceed £23,200,000.

To delegate authority to Executive
Director of Place (in consultation with Director of Law and
Governance) to select the preferred contractor as determined by the
selection and award criteria set out in the tender documentation
and agree final form of contract.
