It was MOVED, SECONDED and
RESOLVED:
 

•               
To note the current progress on
the Surrey Canal station

•               
To approve the use of Strategic
Community Infrastructure Levy (SCIL) to support the delivery of
Surrey Canal station and delegating authority to the Executive
Director of Place to approve allocations of SCIL as set out in Part
2 of the Report. 

•               
To delegate authority to the
Executive Director of Place in consultation with the Director of
Law and Corporate Governance to enter into such agreements as are
necessary to give effect to the recommendations in this
report.
