RESOLVED:

To agree the transfer of
management and maintenance at Whitefoot Lane School Playing Fields
to Bonus Pastor Secondary School (part of St Benedict Academy
Trust) by way of a long-term lease subject to Secretary of State
authorisation

•                    
To delegate negotiation and
agreement of the terms of the Lease to the Executive Director for
Children and Young People in consultation with Executive director
of Place
