RESOLVED:
Mayor and Cabinet approved the procurement and
award of:
•
A contract for the provision of a
processing system and maintenance for a period of 5 years with the
option to extend for up to a further 2 years at an annual cost of
£525k per annum and a total cost over the 7 years of the
contract of £3.375m.
•
A contract for the provision of a
processing system for a period of 5 years with the option to extend
for up to a further 2 years at an annual cost of £350k per
annum and a total cost over the 7 years of the contract of
£2.45m.
•
A contract for the provision of
Customer Engagement service using the G-Cloud 14 framework
agreement for a period of 3 years with the option to extend for up
to 1 further year at an annual cost of £300k per annum and a
total cost over the 4 years of the contract of
£1.2m.
Mayor and Cabinet approved authority to select
the preferred service providers following the outcome of this
process to the Executive Director for Corporate Resources (in
consultation with the Director of Law and Corporate Governance and
the Head of Revenues and Benefits) in accordance with the selection
and award criteria published in the tender documentation and agree
the final form of contract.
