RESOLVED:
 
Mayor and Cabinet approved the selection of
the following preferred providers for two supported housing
contracts, both contracts will be for an initial period of 5 years,
with the option to extend by a further 5 years:
 

•        
Riverside for Honor Lea and Rokeby
House Hostel, and

•        
St. Mungo’s for the Lewisham
Assessment and Recovery Centre.
 
Mayor and Cabinet approved the final contract
values for the first three years of the following supported housing
contracts:
 

•        
Honor Lea & Rokeby House
Hostels (Riverside), at the value of £2,991,798 (an annual
value of £997,266)

•        
Lewisham Assessment and Recovery
Centre (St Mungo’s), at the value of £1,952,232 (an
annual value of £650,744)
