Mayor and Cabinet:

noted the procurement strategy and
process;

approved the expenditure of up to
£690,000 (including VAT), £575,000 (excluding VAT) for
the contract period of up to five years in total;

approved Brent entering into the
contract on behalf of the Council provided the expenditure is
within authorised limits; and
