Decision

Resolved- That Mayor & Cabinet:

1)                 Note that the February 2026 Mayor and Cabinet approved the recommendations for accepting the grant and establishing the service as described in this report and that to secure the grant funding a change in the capital investment from the London Borough of Lewisham is required. The authorisation in this report is limited to the capital investment.

2)                 Approve that the additional borrowing of £668,162 be used towards funding the capital works on the Lewisham owned property to be used for the high needs domestic violence women’s service and recommends that (under the council’s Budget and Policy Framework Rules) full Council approve the changes.
