RESOLVED:
1, That the report outlining the implementation of Awaab's Law Phase 1 and preparation for Phase 2, the Council's current level of compliance with the statutory requirements, the progress made since the legislation came into force, performance, key challenges and mitigation actions in place, be noted.
2, That officers explore enabling residents to upload videos to iCasework to support the reporting and investigation of housing issues.
3, That a resident working group be established to provide feedback to support service improvements relating to the issues discussed by the Committee.
