The Housing Select Committee of Lewisham Council approved the Work Programme for 2026-27 on 02 September 2026. The programme includes performance monitoring of Awaab's Law (Damp & Mould), Learning from Complaints, Landlord Performance & TSM, Asset Management & Major Works, Licensing Update, Temporary Accommodation & homelessness, and Empty Homes. It also includes pre-decision scrutiny of the Council's draft budget proposals and watching brief items on Brockley PFI and the Housing Allocation Policy.
