It was MOVED, SECONDED and RESOLVED that
Mayor and Cabinet approve recommendations to carry out a public
consultation on the preferred option – option 1 - to insource
the existing early childhood offer, redesign it to deliver the new
core early childhood offer from 1 October 2024 following an initial
scoping options appraisal process, and integrate into the Family
Hub offer by 1 April 2025, creating a seamless offer for
families.
