MOVED, SECONDED and RESOLVED to exclude the press and public in
accordance with Regulation 4(2)(b) of the Local Authorities
(Executive Arrangements) (Meetings and Access to
Information)(England) Regulations 2012 and under Section 100(A)(4)
of the Local Government Act 1972, on the grounds that Items 10 and
11 involve the likely disclosure of exempt information as defined
in paragraphs 3 and 4 of Part 1 of Schedule 12(A) of the Act, and
the public interest in maintaining the exemption outweighs the
public interest in disclosing the information.
