(i)
      To approve
the procurement of a contract for a supplier for electric vehicle
charge point operator and maintenance for Sustainable Streets
Scheme. The contract will have a 15-year contract plus a 1-year
extension for administrative purposes, with an estimated value of
£1.5 million to the supplier over the lifetime of the
contract.
(ii)
     To approve the use of the
NEPO232 Electric Vehicle Charging Infrastructure to procure the
installation and maintenance of electric vehicle charge points for
the Sustainable Streets scheme; Housing estates (if needed); and in
areas of high requests.
(iii)
     To approve the award of
contract to the preferred supplier, provided the contract value is
within authorised limits of 120,000 per annum.
(iv)
    To agree to delegate to Executive
Director of Place directorate (in consultation with Director of
Law, Governance and Elections and the Parking Policy Officer,
Parking Services Manager and Parking Operations Manager) to select
the preferred supplier in accordance with the selection and award
criteria published in the tender documentation and agree final form
of contract.
