It was MOVED, SECONDED and RESOLVED
 

(i)       To
approve the procurement for a garden waste disposal and treatment
contract for 3 years, with the option to extend for up to 2 years
at the Council’s discretion.

 (ii)     To approve
the award of contract to the preferred service provider to deliver
garden waste disposal and treatment, provided the contract value is
within authorised limits set out in the Part 2 report.
(iii)
     To agree to delegate the
decision to select the preferred service provider following the
outcome of this process to the Executive Director of Place (in
consultation with Director of Law and Corporate Governance and the
Director of Public Realm) in accordance with the selection and
award criteria published in the tender documentation and agree to
enter into the final form of contract.
