Humankind Charity for the Primary Care Recovery Service (Adult
Substance Misuse) for a period of 2 years at a total maximum cost
of £1,612,706, and a total annual value of £806,353
under the Health Care Services (Provider Selection Regime)
Regulations 2023 (“PSR”) be approved.
