The Housing Select Committee resolved to approve the minutes of the last meeting. The committee also resolved that the Chair, in collaboration with the Head of Scrutiny and Policy, would formulate a plan for advancing the co-optee proposal and its implementation. The committee noted the report on the Housing Retrofit Strategy and resolved that officers be invited back to present the strategy in six months. The committee noted the Brockley PFI Annual Review Report and resolved that requested information be provided and officers be invited to a future meeting to present a detailed report on PFI contract expiration preparations. The committee noted the Lewisham Homes Annual Performance Out-turn Report and thanked Ainsley Forbes, Margaret Dodwell, and Sarah Willcox-Jones for their hard work and dedication.
