Decision

The Cabinet:
 
2.1.        
Approve the adoptions and publication of the updated debt recovery
policy and to delegate any final amends to the Cabinet Member for
Finance & Commissioning, the council’s S151 officer and
Director for Resident & Business Services.
2.2.        
Authorise delegated authority to the Revenues, Benefits &
Corporate Debt Recovery Service Manager to manage exemptions and
discretionary relief applications under the policy.
