Decision

The Cabinet:

1. 1.         Approved the Housing, Homelessness & Rough Sleeping Strategy 2025 – 2030 and the associated documents.
2. 2.         Delegated authority to the Cabinet Member for Housing and Local Plan to:

•       Approve a comprehensive delivery plan and set of key performance (KPI) measures and targets to ensure the effective implementation of the Housing, Homelessness & Rough Sleeping Strategy.

·       Monitor the progress of the delivery plan in line with the KPI measures and report on its implementation to Cabinet on a six-monthly basis.

•       Review and update the delivery plan annually to reflect changing needs and circumstances.

•       Ensure that the delivery plan and KPIs align with the council’s broader strategic objectives and complies with relevant legislation and guidance
