Purpose

This report relates to the
preparation of the Stonnall Neighbourhood Plan 2024-2043 which has
recently been the subject of a formal examination by an Independent
Examiner.
 
The examiner of the Stonnall
Neighbourhood Plan 2024-2043 is recommending that, subject to
several modifications to the plan, it can now be made (adopted).
The district council is now required to consider the
recommendations in the examiner report and, should it consider it
appropriate to do so, recommended the making of the Plan by issuing
a Decision Statement (Appendix A of the Cabinet Member
Report).
 
This report proposes that,
subject to the modifications set out in the Decision Statement,
that the Stonnall Neighbourhood Plan 2024-2043 should be
made.

Decision

The Cabinet Member for Housing and the Local
Plan approved that modifications can be made to the Stonnall Neighbourhood Plan 2024-2043 as set out
within the Decision Statement (Appendix A of the Cabinet Member
Report), to enable the Plan to be made.
 
The Cabinet Member for Housing and the Local
Plan approved the publication of the Decision Statement for the
Stonnall Neighbourhood Plan 2024-2043
(Appendix A of the Cabinet Member Report) on the District
Council’s website.
