About
The Housing Scrutiny Sub-Committee scrutinises the development and implementation of the Council's Housing Revenue Account Business Plan and monitors the performance of landlord services. It informs elected members and tenant representatives about proposed policy and procedural changes affecting housing scrutiny functions. While advisory, its reports and recommendations are submitted to the relevant scrutiny committee before going to the Executive for consideration. The sub-committee comprises elected members and tenant representatives, with the Housing Portfolio Holder and Executive members able to attend meetings by invitation.
