The Local Pension Board comprises of three scheme member representatives and three employer representatives, plus one additional member, an Independent Chair, who is not entitled to vote The purpose of the Board is to assist the Administering Authority in its role as a manager of the Scheme:- To ensure compliance with the Regulations, any other legislation relating to the governance and administration of the Scheme; and requirements imposed by the pensions Regulator in relation to the Scheme; and
To ensure the effective and efficient governance and administration of the Scheme The Board meets quarterly at 2.00pm, at County Offices, Newland, Lincoln, LN1 1YL (unless otherwise stated). The Board meetings are generally open to the public, unless otherwise specified.
