2.   
That the “Lincolnshire County Council: Biodiversity Net Gain
Planning Guide” as detailed at Appendix A to the report be
approved.

That authority be delegated to the Executive Director –
Place, in consultation with the Executive Councillor for
Environment, authority to make any amendments to the Lincolnshire
County Council: Biodiversity Net Gain Planning Guide as deemed
necessary and increase the BNG monitoring fees on an annual basis
in line with the inflation rate in April of that year.
