Decision

1.  
That the Adult Skills Fund Strategic Skills Plan (at Appendix A to
the report) be approved and that any further minor amendments are
delegated to Chief Operating Officer in consultation with the
Mayor;
2.  
That the Ambition and Strategic Priorities for the Adult Skills
Fund as detailed at paragraph 9 of the report be approved;
3.  
That the commissioning approach as detailed at paragraph 10 of the
report be approved;
4.  That the Adult Skills Fund funding rule changes and
the operational changes shown in tables 1 and 2 be approved
5.  
That the actions that officers are taking on consultation be
noted.
