- That the procurement, via the competitive flexible procedure, of a contract for Mixed Dry Recycling Services for the treatment and disposal of kerbside Mixed Dry Recycling collected by the Waste Collection Authorities in Lincolnshire, with effect from 30 June 2027 for an initial period of four years with option to extend for up to two additional years on a yearly basis, be approved.
- That authority be delegated to the Executive Director – Place, in consultation with the Executive Councillor for Environment, to take as decisions necessary to progress the procurement up to and including determination of the final form of contract and the award and execution of that contract and such other documentation necessary to deliver the procurement.
