Decision by the Executive Councillor for Resources:

That the Nettleham Road Roundabout project (Scheme), as detailed in the report, be approved.

Decision by the Executive Councillor for Highways and Transport:

1. That the submission of the planning application for the Scheme be approved.
2. That, subject to planning permission being granted, the Chief Legal Officer be authorised to acquire for planning purposes, pursuant to Section 227 of the Town and Country Planning Act 1990, all third-party land and interests required to support the delivery of the Scheme by agreement.
3. That the undertaking of the procurement process for construction and delivery of the Scheme be approved, and that authority be delegated to the Executive Director, in consultation with the Executive Councillor for Highways and Transport, to take all decisions necessary to progress the Scheme up to and including the determination of the final form of contract and the award and execution of the contract and such other documentation necessary to deliver the Scheme.
