Executive Councillor: Highways & Transport approved the Nettleham Road Roundabout scheme on 15-19 June 2026. The decision was to pursue land acquisition, submit a planning application, and award a construction contract. This includes authorising the Chief Legal Officer to acquire third-party land by agreement and delegating authority to the Executive Director for Place for contract determination and award.

Executive Councillor: Highways & Transport approved the pursuit of the Lincoln, Crusader Road - Proposed Waiting Restrictions order on 17/09/2026. The order, as advertised, will be pursued.

The Planning and Regulation Committee recommended to the Executive Councillor for Highways and Transport that the proposed Traffic Regulation Order for Stamford, Back Lane – Proposed No Waiting at Any Time be approved on 11 May 2026. The Executive Councillor for Highways and Transport approved the order on 22 May - 3 June 2026.

The Planning and Regulation Committee recommended to the Executive Councillor for Highways and Transport that the proposed Traffic Regulation Order for Crowland, Postland Road – Proposed Waiting Restrictions be approved on 11 May 2026. The Greater Lincolnshire Combined County Authority appointed Alison Hands as Chair of the Economic Advisory Panel for three years on 3 June 2026. They also reappointed Mr Andrew Dyson as Chair of the Audit Committee for a further year and Mr Andy Quarmby as Chair of the Overview and Scrutiny Committee for a further year. The Mayor was appointed as Co-opted Member for the Transport for the North Partnership Board and Rail North Committee.

The Greater Lincolnshire Combined County Authority approved amendments to its Constitution on 24 June 2026. These changes include authorising the Monitoring Officer to make necessary amendments and approving changes to the scheme of delegation and proper officer appointments. The changes take immediate effect.
