  1. That the Membership of the Authority, including substitutes and delegates as set out within the report, be noted, including the addition of the following appointments for the District Joint Committee:

-       Members: Councillors C Leyland, N Worth, R Wright and N Tweddle

-       Delegate/Substitutes: Councillor D Broughton, A Baxter, J Brockway and D Nannestad.

  1. That the membership of the Authority’s Boards (Transport Board, Business and Infrastructure Board, and Employment and Skills Board), as set out at appendix 1 of the report, be noted, including the addition the following appointments for the District Joint Committee:

o   Business and Infrastructure Board:

-       Members – Cllrs Ashley Baxter, Dale Broughton, Naomi Tweddle and Richard Wright;

-       Delegates – Cllrs Craig Leyland, Donald Nannestad, Nick Worth and Jackie Brockway;

o   Employment and Skills Board:

-       Members – Cllrs Dale Broughton, Craig Leyland, Nick Worth and Jackie Brockway

-       Delegates/Substitutes – Cllrs Ashley Baxter, Donald Nannestad, Naomi Tweddle and Richard Wright;
