Decision
That the following be approved, subject to Council through its budget setting process, approving provision of £6.05m within the Medium Term Financial Plan:
- The undertaking of a procurement process for a county-wide Technology Enabled Care (TEC) service and supporting internal resources for an initial contract term of five years, with a whole life value of up to £9,352,372. This would have options for the council to extend the contract by up to a further 2 years, subject to future funding availability.
- That authority be delegated to the Executive Director of Adult Care & Public Health, in consultation with the Executive Councillor for Adult Care and Health, to take all decisions necessary to progress the procurement up to and including determination of the final form of contract and the award and execution of contract and other documentation necessary to give effect to the above decision,
