The Greater Lincolnshire Combined County Authority - Employment and Skills Board approved the approach to allocating funds to grant funded providers and the un-ringfencing of allocated funding to grant funded providers. This decision was made on 22/04/2026. Grant funded providers will be given freedom to move their allocated budgets to deliver training at a higher level where there is demand.
