The Greater Lincolnshire Combined County Authority - Employment and Skills Board noted the details of the Post 16 Capacity Fund and the powers to be devolved to the Authority. The Board decided to delegate authority to the Chief Executive Officer, in consultation with the Mayor, to sign the Memorandum of Understanding with the Department for Education. Officers are to engage with colleges on future planned provision and prepare a process for allocating capital funds once devolved.
