  1. That the procurement, via open procurement procedure, of a new contract for the management of Household Waste Recycling Centres from 1 April 2027 for an initial period of two years, with options to extend for up to a further two years on a yearly basis.

That authority be delegated to the Executive Director – Place, in consultation with the Executive Councillor for Environment, authority to take all decisions necessary to progress the procurement up to and including determination of the final form of the contract and the award and execution of that contract and other such documentation necessary to deliver the procurement.
