- That authority be delegated to the Executive Director of Place in consultation with the Executive Councillor for Environment to take all decisions necessary to progress the procurement process up to and including determination of the final form contracts and the award and execution of all necessary contracts and other documentation required to deliver the capital infrastructure improvement programme.
