Decision

1. That the Council’s Information Assurance Policy Framework, as detailed in the report, be noted;
2. That the updated Information Assurance Policy framework as detailed in Appendix 1 to the report be considered and approved;
3. That the Executive Councillor for Resources delegate to the Executive Director for Resources (acting as the council’s Senior Information Risk Owner) to update the list of Authorising Officers and make any minor or legislative amendments to the policies as required from time to time.
