That the Authority

1. Approves that, from 3rd June 2026, the new Interim Director of Legal and Governance, Janet Fasan, be designated as the Monitoring Officer for the Authority.
2. On the recommendation of the Appointments Panel, approves the appointment of the preferred candidate, Simon Burrows to the post of Director of Resources and the making of an offer of employment to Simon Burrows conditional on satisfaction of any statutory and regulatory pre-employment checks required for the post.
3. Delegates to the Resourcing Manager, Lincolnshire County Council, authority to determine whether the conditional checks referred to in point 1 above have been satisfied and agree a commencement date, in consultation with the Chair of the Appointments Panel.
4. Approves that, from the date on which the new Director of Resources takes up post, the Director of Resources be designated as the Section 73 Officer for the Authority.
