Decision

That the proposals and consultation responses detailed in Appendices A to F of the report be noted and:

A.    That the proposal to establish one mainstream SEND Hub at The Donington Cowley Endowed Primary School be approved;

B.    That the proposal to establish one mainstream SEND Hub at Market Deeping Community Primary School be approved;

C.   That the proposal to establish one mainstream SEND Hub at The Metheringham Primary School be approved;

D.   That the proposal to establish one mainstream SEND Hub at St George’s Church of England Aided Primary School be approved;

E.    That the proposal to establish one mainstream SEND Hubs at The Saint Gilbert of Sempringham Church of England School, Pointon be approved.
