Decision

1. That the Local Growth Fund Delivery Plan be approved
2. That the Authority delegate the implementation of the Delivery Plan to the Deputy Director (Growth and Investment)
3. That it be noted that Authority will approve the programme business cases at future meetings.
4. That the Authority note the key following key observations of the Overview and Scrutiny Committee:

·         That Consideration be given to how the funding profile affects viability will be considered as part of the development of the Plan, and in particular the commercial part of the business case assessment. This will ensure that the GLCCA maximises the use of resources available.

·         That the Greater Lincolnshire Local Growth Fund Delivery Plan is intended to be iterative and will adjust during the life of the funding. We will engage with Members and MHCLG on any changes to ensure it meets the needs of Greater Lincolnshire.
