Decision

That the Business and Infrastructure Board:

1. Note the progress made in developing the draft Greater Lincolnshire Housing Strategy (Appendix A) and the amendments incorporated following previous Board and Scrutiny feedback;
2. Provided strategic direction on the proposed actions and delivery approach set out in Appendix A;
3. Endorse the draft delivery plan for further refinement ahead of consideration by the Overview and Scrutiny Committee;
4. Recommend that the final Housing Strategy is submitted to the Combined Authority for approval on 2nd September 2026.
