Decision

1.  
That procurement of the mains work contract to deliver the build of
the new Secure Children’s Home via the Pagabo Framework
subject to the formal offer of additional grant funding from the
DfE as detailed in the report be approved;
2.  
That the acceptance of additional DfE grant funding subject to
receipt of a formal grant offer letter containing acceptable terms
and conditions of grant funding be approved;
3.  
That authority be delegated to the Executive Director of Resources
in consultation with the Executive Councillor for Children’s
Services, Community Safety, Procurement and Migration to take all
decisions necessary to progress the procurement up to and including
determination of the final form contract and the award and
execution of that contract and other documentation necessary to
deliver the procurement.
