Decision

1.   
That the undertaking of a procurement process for a countywide
Domestic Abuse Safe Accommodation Service, be approved for the
contract term of five years with the option to extend the contract
for a maximum of a further 2 years, with an anticipated whole life
value of £7,288,151.

 
2.   
That authority be delegated to the Executive Director of Adult Care
and Community Wellbeing, in consultation with the Executive
Councillor for Children’s Services, Community Safety,
Procurement and Migration, to take all decisions necessary to
progress the procurement up to and including determination of the
final form contract and the award of contract and other legal
documentation necessary to give effect to the procurement.
