Decision

1.   
That the re-commissioning and procurement of a countywide
integrated Lifestyle Service, for an initial contract term of three
(3) years plus extensions of up to a maximum of six (6) further
years, effective from 1 July 2025 with a maximum whole life value
of £30.735m, as set out in the report, be approved.

 
2.   
That authority be delegated to the Executive Director for Adult
Care and Community Wellbeing, in consultation with the Executive
Councillor for Adult Care and Public Health, to take all decisions
necessary to progress the procurement up to and including the
determination of the final form contract and the award and
execution of the contract and any other documentation necessary to
deliver the award.
