Purpose

To approve budget to complete
essential works at National Squash Centre and Regional Athletics
Arena.
 

Decision

Executive approve the following
budget changes to the Councils Capital Programme:-
 
·           
Neighbourhoods - National Squash Centre and
Manchester Regional Arena Refurbishment – a capital budget
increase of £2.514m, funded by Waterfall Reserve and a
capital budget virement of £3.767m, funded from the Asset
Management Programme allocated budget to complete essential works
at National Squash Centre and Regional Athletics Arena to ensure
the centre remains operational in accordance with modern
standards
