Purpose
The delivery of a five-year contract to provide accommodation and support for our UASC population. This should be designed and delivered within the requirements and outcomes detailed in the Placements North West SAILS Framework Agreement, in addition to supporting our UASC through the immigration process, and bidding on Manchester Move for social housing once status is confirmed. MCC is looking to work with a provider who can demonstrate that they have the experience and expertise to meet the needs of our UASC population, both with emergency and long-term placements, until their immigration status is resolved. The volume of the services to be purchased is the block purchase of up to 55 units. The service will be available at all times (including statutory holidays) during the term of the block purchase agreement.
