Decision

To change the establishment on the following basis: 

1.    Permanently
delete 1.25FTE housing options officer post. (Reduce from 3FTE to 1.75 FTE) 

2.    Create
1FTE Senior Housing Options Officer post on a permanent basis. 

3.    Create
a Housing Options Support, Triage and Allocations officer – this will be on a
pilot basis for 12months.
